BLP Operations and Training Manager, Grant Doyle, has many years of experience in operational leadership roles, including his 20 years of decorated service in the Australian Army.
Serving as a Military Commander and Supervisor afforded Grant the opportunity to hone his leadership skills through practical means. Subsequently, Grant has attained real world experience through his involvement in training recruits, soldiers and officers in leadership and small team dynamics during his time with the Australian Army.
Since leaving the service in 2006, Grant has been conducting Development programs and coaching assignments with high profile teams (including the Australian Wallabies and the Australian Cricket team) and individuals from the corporate world, as well as running the highly successful Operations and Training division at BLP.

Over his professional career, Darren has developed an affinity with, and keen interest in a wide variety of weapons, which has allowed him to excel in his current position.
Specialising in a large number of diverse weapons training systems, BLP Munitions can supply all of your Munitions Training requirements.
